Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a convenient location just a few minutes from the city center with easy access to transportation, featuring clean and comfortable rooms. The service was friendly with a thoughtful apology gesture. The dining area had a good continental breakfast but could benefit from more space. Overall, a great value for money stay with some minor improvements needed.
The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms facing Rue de Republique might be noisy, and the twin room on the top floor didn't live up to expectations. The service was exceptional, particularly during an emergency case, ensuring a comfortable stay. The dining options were satisfactory but slightly repetitive. The hotel's facilities were decent but could use some enhancements.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were shabby and depressing, not at all like the pictures I saw online. They looked tired and desperately needed some redecorating. Furthermore, it was too hot when I arrived, and I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room. On the bright side, the service was friendly, and the staff made an effort to communicate in English, which was appreciated. The location was convenient, with tram access right outside the hotel, making it easy to get around. However, the dining experience fell short with overpriced options that didn't quite hit the mark. Overall, a mixed bag of experiences.
