My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were shabby and depressing, not at all like the pictures I saw online. They looked tired and desperately needed some redecorating. Furthermore, it was too hot when I arrived, and I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room. On the bright side, the service was friendly, and the staff made an effort to communicate in English, which was appreciated. The location was convenient, with tram access right outside the hotel, making it easy to get around. However, the dining experience fell short with overpriced options that didn't quite hit the mark. Overall, a mixed bag of experiences.
